Slow Therapeutic Yoga Movement

A gentle yoga class designed for the yoga novice. More birthday candles on your cake preferred! Class can be done on a traditional yoga mat, in a chair, or on a table.

Please bring:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • A yoga mat or towel (we have spare mats, but you’ll want to lay your own towel or mat on top.)
  • Water
  • COVID-19 Vaccine preferred. Masks mandatory.

CLASS IS LIMITED to 8 participants, so please sign-up ahead of time!!

The clinic is located on Southwest Drive, north of 89A.

From the east, Southwest is the second right after light at Andante. Turn right onto Southwest and then a left into our parking lot in front of the blue building (go slow - curb cutout is a bit high).

From the west, look for Southwest after the light at Dry Creek and just passed Nick’s. Turn left onto Southwest and then left into our parking lot in front of the blue building (go slow - curb cutout is a bit high).
